The Original Munch Mix

Yield: 8 cups or 16 servings

Ingredients

4 cups spoon size shredded wheat cereal
2 cups popped corn
1 cup sm. pretzels
1 cup mixed nuts or cocktail peanuts
1 pack Italian salad dressing mix
1/4 cup (1/2 stick) butter or margarine, melted
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder (optional)

Directions:

Place cereal, popcorn, pretzels and nuts in 15x10x1 inch baking pan. Sprinkle evenly with salad dressing mix.

Mix butter, Worcestershire sauce and garlic powder. Drizzle evenly over cereal mixture; toss to coat.

Bake at 300 F. for 30 to 35 min. or until crisp, stirring after 15 minutes. Cool. Store in a tightly covered container.
